Background
Thryan Institute approached me with a mission: to empower learners through an intuitive e-learning platform offering expert-led courses with accredited certifications. The challenge was to craft a responsive solution that caters to diverse user needs, simplifies navigation, and enhances learning outcomes—all while maintaining accessibility across devices.

To begin, I analyzed the needs of Thryan’s target audience, including students, professionals, and organizations seeking skill development. Key insights included:

3. Device Accessibility: Users demanded seamless mobile and desktop experiences.

I conducted competitor analysis on popular e-learning platforms like Coursera and Udemy. The findings revealed that clear navigation, personalized recommendations, and progress tracking were essential for boosting user retention.
