Customers dropped off. Agents had to keep jumping between multiple tools - which led to a long response times and unclear processes caused leads to leave before booking.

Slow quotations. Agents spent hours preparing quotes manually, so they couldn’t respond to many leads quickly.

No tracking. Agents had to follow up manually, and there is no way to follow up on sent quotes or know their status.

Static messages. Quotes were sent as WhatsApp messages, so they couldn’t be updated or corrected after sending.
